RETURN POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Customers are able to return items within 30 days from when the order was received. 

CONSTANT is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. Please feel free to ship the item back to us in the same package, or a new one. Address found below.

Returned items must be received in new, unworn & unwashed condition with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. You will be notified if this is the case.

RETURN PROCESSING

Note: returns are for online retail purchases and not applicable to the “Custom Screen Printing” service.  

  Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your card will refunded either a full or partial refund depending on particular purchase. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable through our online store. Credit will not be issued for the following :

(Custom Screen Printing from our commercial printing service will fall under a different set of guidelines please refer to these guidelines under “custom screen printing”)

RETURNS TO THE SHOP LOCATION

Online purchases can be exchanged at our shop location. You must have your packing slip & all items must be in new, unworn & unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable & will be denied.
